Female Franchise Swimming Teacher

Pool Academy Aquatics is an international aquatics coaching and training franchise company headquartered in South Africa, with franchise branches based in the United Arab Emirates, India, the United Kingdom - soon in Qatar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for female candidates with Swimming Teaching or Swimming Coaching experience, and candidates who are interested in beginning their entrepreneurship journey with us via franchising.

Pool Academy Aquatics is looking to find the perfect female candidate to fill the above mentioned position to start immediately and to be based in Dubai. If you are looking to make a career in swimming teaching/ coaching this might be the right job for you.

Requirements for the role:

- Must be female

- Must be a UAE resident with their own relevant resident visa documents

- UKCC/ ASCA/ Swim England Level 2 Teacher of Aquatics/ Swimming South Africa (or international equivalent) qualification.

- Experience with teaching adults and children to swim

- Experience with special needs

- Experience with babies and toddlers

- Experience within a curriculum setting

- Exceptional communication skills and experience in a customer-facing environment, able to respond appropriately and professionally to everyone you interact with in all manners, including face-to-face

- Have a valid driving license or own transportation

- A water polo qualification will be extremely advantageous

- A coaching qualification and experience in coaching performance squads will be advantageous

- An up-to-date lifeguard qualification is desirable but not essential

You will be required to attend all lessons as per the schedule provided to you. It is a commission-based role - you would receive 33% of all revenue collected for the lessons conducted by you. You will have a chance to earn the maximum salary amount of between 6750 AED to 7500 AED per month, if you are full with home visits for your 48 hour working week.

The responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

Delivering private swimming lessons in clients' home swimming pools around Dubai

Planning swimming lessons using the Pool Academy Aquatics scheme of work

Delivering swimming lessons for all ages and abilities and recording swimming achievements

As a franchise swim coach, you will receive the below:

Be part of a global network of 5 countries (South Africa, United Arab Emirates, India, United Kingdom and Qatar), 8 operating branches across the world, and 23 new branches

All admin support

All online payment support and collection

All marketing support is via our radio, print media, social media, and online platforms

You will receive our Coaching Program and Curriculum to coach

The chance to use our Intellectual Property and Trademark

Please include your covering letter, your CV along with copies of your Swimming Teacher qualification (or international equivalent), First Aid Certification, Lifeguard Qualification (if any), and any current police clearance certificate.

Pay: AED6,750.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
