About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Female Caregiver / Patient Care Assistant to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality personal care, daily living assistance, and health monitoring to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients.

Mandatory Job Requirements

• Qualifications: Must hold at least one of the following recognized credentials:
• Certificate in Caregiving (NC11) / Certified Caregiver Training
• Nursing Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certificate
• Health Care Assistant (HCA) / Patient Care Assistant (PCA) Certificate
• Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in hospitals/clinics/home healthcare/private patient care. (Note: Higher priority is given to candidates with strong nursing qualifications and matron-level experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and diaper changing.
• Health \& Vital Signs: Monitor and record vital signs, observe changes in patient condition, and assist with medication schedules.
• Nutrition \& Feeding: Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and assist with feeding.
• Specialized Assistance: Provide safe patient handling, mobility assistance, infection prevention, and basic first aid/emergency response.
• Infant \& Mother Care (where applicable): Assist with newborn care, baby hygiene, and breastfeeding support.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and conduct seamless shift handovers.
