Food \& Beverage Assistant Manager (Female) – VVIP Family

We are seeking an experienced, highly professional, and service-oriented Food \& Beverage Assistant Manager to oversee the F\&B operations of a prestigious VVIP Family in Qatar.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an F\&B Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Previous experience in a 5-star luxury hotel, luxury resort, private household, royal family, or VVIP/VIP residence
• Strong knowledge of fine dining, butler service, private events, and luxury hospitality standards
• Proven ability to manage high-profile dining experiences with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Currently based in Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily Food \& Beverage operations for the VVIP family and their guests
• Ensure exceptional personalized service that meets the highest luxury hospitality standards
• Supervise, train, and develop the F\&B service team
• Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef and household departments to ensure seamless service
• Manage private dining, family events, and special occasions with meticulous attention to detail
• Monitor inventory, operational standards, and service excellence
