The Role

As a Retail Sales \& Consignment Coordinator, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of the store. You'll welcome customers, assist consignors, help maintain a beautifully presented sales floor, and support the consignment process from intake to display.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys fashion retail, loves designer wear, and is looking to learn and grow their career with a well-established local business.

Consignment Coordination

• Assist with consignor appointments and intake of merchandise.
• Accurately enter and process consignment information using our cloud-based system.
• Prepare and organize items for the sales floor.
• Support inventory organization and accurate item tracking.
• Assist with the removal and organization of expired consignments and donation items.

Customer Service \& Sales

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, personalized shopping experience.
• Build relationships with both shoppers and consignors.
• Provide product knowledge and styling assistance.
• Process sales accurately through the point-of-sale system.
• Help create an inviting and enjoyable boutique atmosphere.

Visual Merchandising

• Help maintain an attractive, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Merchandise clothing and accessories to highlight seasonal trends and featured collections.
• Assist with mannequin styling and product displays.
• Ensure fitting rooms and display areas remain clean and welcoming.

Store Operations

• Support daily opening and closing procedures as scheduled.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment.
• Follow store policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.

Marketing Support

• Capture photos of featured merchandise for social media.
• Help identify unique designer pieces and new arrivals to showcase online.
• Support in-store promotions and special events as needed.

What We're Looking For

• A passion for fashion, luxury brands, and personal style.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning new technology and point-of-sale systems.
• Reliable, adaptable, and enjoys working in a team environment.
• Previous retail, fashion, customer service, or consignment experience is an asset.

Hours

5 shifts a week - Shifts are scheduled during regular retail store hours

Store is open Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday + Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
