Job Description

Provide customer service and sales support for pre-owned luxury items, including designer bags, watches, and accessories.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and provide sales support in-store
• Display, organize, and maintain merchandise
• Handle cash register and payment transactions
• Support social media updates and content posting
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance

No prior experience in the luxury goods industry is required. Applicants without industry experience are welcome to apply.

English-speaking applicants are welcome.
Previous retail experience is a plus but not

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Strong Japanese communication skills are required for customer interaction. Candidates with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in English will be preferred.
• Basic computer skills
• Interest in customer service and retail sales

• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
• Experience in the pre-owned luxury goods industry is welcome
• Experience serving international tourists is highly preferred
