Job Description

Responsibilities

Customer Service \& Styling

• Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional showroom experience.
• Assist customers during gown fitting appointments with styling advice and recommendations.
• Recommend suitable gowns based on customers' preferences, body shape, event, and budget.
• Take accurate fitting notes and communicate alteration requirements to the in-house seamstress.
• Follow up with customers after appointments to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Showroom Operations

• Steam, inspect, and prepare gowns before appointments, pickups, and returns.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, fitting rooms, and gown displays.
• Organise and manage gown inventory, including rental status, sizing, and stock movement.
• Assist with packing, unpacking, and quality checking of gowns.

Customer Enquiries \& Administration

• Handle enquiries and appointment bookings via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other assigned platforms.
• Reply to customer messages promptly and professionally.
• Update customer information using the booking system and POS system.
• Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks.

Marketing \& Events

• Assist during KOL/KOC fittings and photoshoots.
• Assist with bridal measurement fittings.
• Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos for social media.
• Support promotional campaigns, showroom events, exhibitions, trunk shows, and marketing activities.

General

• Work closely with the sales consultants, seamstresses, and management team.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Salary: RM2,500 – RM4,000 per month + Performance Incentives

What's we are looking for:

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in retail, bridal, luxury fashion, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
• Passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and takes initiative in completing tasks.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organised with good time management and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, and basic computer systems.
• Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
