We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fashion Product Manager with a strong background in garment construction, product development, and quality control. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of fashion design and production processes, with a preference for candidates who have previously worked with an evening wear or luxury fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire product development process, from initial design concepts to final production.
- Coordinate with designers, pattern makers, tailors, suppliers, and production teams to ensure product accuracy and quality.
- Review and evaluate garment construction, draping, pattern making, fitting, and finishing.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all products meet brand standards.
- Conduct garment inspections, fitting reviews, and pre-production and final quality checks.
- Identify and resolve issues related to fabric, fit, stitching, embellishments, and finishing.
- Monitor production timelines and ensure products are delivered according to agreed schedules.
- Ensure the final garments reflect the intended design, fit, quality, and overall brand aesthetic.
- Source and evaluate fabrics, trims, and other materials in coordination with the design and production teams.
- Maintain product specifications, quality standards, and production documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Fashion Product Manager or in a similar fashion product development role.
- Strong knowledge of quality control, garment construction, draping, and pattern making.
- Good understanding of fashion design, fabric selection, garment fitting, and production techniques.
- Proven ability to identify quality issues and ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Experience managing product development and coordinating with production teams and suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with an evening wear, couture, bridal, or luxury fashion brand is highly preferred.
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
