Job SummaryWe are seeking an organized, creative, and detail-oriented Fashion Product Developer to oversee the end-to-end execution of our apparel collections from initial design concept to final pre-production. In this role, you will act as a primary technical link between our design team, merchandising divisions, and offshore manufacturing vendors. Your day-to-day focus will be translating design sketches into technical specification packs (Tech Packs), managing sample fitting lifecycles, evaluating material sourcing paths, and ensuring garment production meets strict quality and margin goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Tech Pack Development: Translate design concepts and sketches into comprehensive, accurate technical specification packages containing detailed construction parameters, points of measurement, and bill of materials (BOM).
• Sampling \& Fitting Lifecycle: Oversee the prototype sampling pipeline from initial proto up to pre-production stages, conducting fit sessions to review garment drape, structural balance, and functionality.
• Material Sourcing \& Testing: Source and evaluate alternative fabrics, trims, and components from global textiles suppliers to ensure structural durability and adherence to cost targets. [
• Vendor \& Factory Management: Manage daily communications with international manufacturing partners and factories to track critical path timelines and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Quality Assurance \& Compliance: Implement rigorous quality standards across all garment collections, ensuring final bulk productions comply with brand construction guidelines and local consumer regulatory codes.
• Critical Path Maintenance: Coordinate and maintain the product development calendar systematically to guarantee that production handovers occur on schedule for seasonal launches.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Product Development, Textile Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Demonstrated professional track record in fashion product development, apparel merchandising, or technical garment construction workflows.
• Technical Skills: Fluency in reading and developing technical drawings alongside advanced proficiency with design and tracking applications (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM software, or Excel).
• Competencies: Deep operational understanding of garment patterns, fabric characteristics, stitching methodologies, and grading configurations.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills to align cross-functional brand teams and coordinate effectively with international production factories.
