Fashion Designer

Lamyoor Boutique is looking for a talented and creative Fashion Designer with strong experience in bridal gowns, luxury evening dresses, and high-end women’s fashion.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of luxury fashion, fabrics, embroidery, garment construction, and current bridal and evening-wear trends. The designer will be responsible for developing designs from the initial concept through to the final finished garment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original designs for bridal gowns, luxury evening dresses, and special-occasion wear.
• Develop professional fashion sketches and detailed design concepts.
• Select suitable fabrics, colors, embroidery, lace, beading, and other embellishments for each design.
• Prepare clear design specifications and communicate all details to the master cutter, tailors, and embroidery team.
• Work closely with the production team throughout the sampling and sewing process.
• Attend fittings and make the necessary design adjustments to achieve the perfect fit and final look.
• Ensure that the finished garment matches the approved design, measurements, quality standards, and luxury finishing expected by the boutique.
• Develop new collections and creative concepts according to seasons, occasions, and current fashion trends.
• Understand different body shapes and create flattering, elegant designs for clients.
• Follow up on each design from concept to final production and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and finishing quality.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
