Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer to join our team and develop trend-driven collections that align with our brand and customers' preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Research local and international fashion trends, colours, fabrics, and market demands.
• Design seasonal collections for ladies', men's, and children's apparel.
• Create mood boards, fashion illustrations, technical sketches, and design presentations.
• Develop tech packs and detailed specifications for production.
• Select suitable fabrics, trims, prints, and accessories.
• Work closely with the Merchandising and Production teams to ensure designs meet quality, costing, and production timelines.
• Review and approve samples, fittings, and garment measurements before bulk production.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers regarding design requirements and sample development.
• Continuously improve product designs based on customer feedback and sales performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion or apparel design.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or other fashion design software.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and printing techniques.
• Good understanding of the retail fashion market and current trends.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
