About Us

Danniyeh Royal Trading is a UAE-based garment manufacturer and uniform supplier serving healthcare, government, and corporate clients. We design, source, and produce uniforms and linen, with garment manufacturing completed in the UAE.

We are looking for a creative, organised, and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our growing team and contribute to the design and development of uniforms and garments for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative and practical designs for uniforms, workwear, corporate wear, and other garments.
• Create fashion sketches, technical drawings, and design concepts based on client requirements.
• Develop and modify designs according to client feedback and production requirements.
• Select suitable fabrics, colours, trims, accessories, and garment details.
• Prepare design specifications and communicate requirements clearly to the pattern, sampling, and production teams.
• Work closely with tailors and the sample room to ensure designs are accurately translated into finished garments.
• Review samples, identify design or fitting issues, and recommend necessary modifications.
• Research current fashion, fabric, colour, and uniform trends relevant to the business.
• Assist in developing new uniform collections and product concepts.
• Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements, functionality, quality, and production feasibility.
• Maintain organised records of designs, samples, specifications, and revisions.
• Ensure final designs are practical for bulk production and meet required quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.
• Previous experience in fashion design, garment manufacturing, uniforms, workwear, or apparel is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and finishing techniques.
• Good understanding of fit, measurements, patterns, and garment production processes.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into practical garment designs.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design requirements and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in uniform design or corporate/healthcare garments will be an advantage.
