Role Overview

We are seeking a Fashion Boutique Visual Merchandiser to design and implement creative visual displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This role is central to ensuring our boutique reflects the latest fashion trends while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual displays: Create eye-catching window and in-store displays that highlight seasonal collections.
• Store layout: Organize product placement to maximize visibility and customer engagement.
• Trend alignment: Incorporate current fashion trends into merchandising strategies.
• Inventory coordination: Ensure stock is well-presented and replenished in line with display standards.
• Brand consistency: Maintain alignment with corporate guidelines and boutique aesthetics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with store managers and marketing teams to execute campaigns.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.
• Skills: Strong creativity, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with merchandising software and design tools.
• Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
