Family Law Lawyer (4+ Years' Experience)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team in late September/October 2026.
This is an excellent counsel opportunity with a fee-sharing arrangement, ideal for a lawyer who wants the independence of running their own practice without the burden of overhead costs, administrative responsibilities, or office management.
As part of our collegial and supportive firm, you will have access to experienced law clerks, administrative support, and a collaborative team of lawyers. We also maintain a steady flow of client referrals, so an existing book of business is not required, although it would certainly be considered an asset.
This is a hybrid position, with occasional in-office work at our Ottawa office. The successful candidate must be willing and able to attend court appearances in Ottawa and the surrounding area.

Pay: Based on an agreed upon fee split arrangement.
Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
