As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised and hands-on Facilities \& Logistics Coordinator to support the smooth running of our operations, from managing drivers and stock to ensuring seamless event logistics.

The Role

This is a core operational role responsible for keeping the business running efficiently behind the scenes. You will oversee the day-to-day management of our working unit, coordinate logistics across deliveries and events, and ensure drivers, stock, and equipment are aligned to meet operational demands.

You’ll work closely with both the kitchen and events team, playing a key role in driver management, stock control, and end-to-end logistics planning to support high-quality event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Driver \& Fleet Management

• Manage and coordinate the daily schedule of drivers across multiple deliveries and events.
• Act as the main point of contact for drivers, ensuring clear communication of routes, timings, and event requirements.
• Monitor driver performance, punctuality, and efficiency, ensuring high operational standards.
• Plan routes and logistics to maximise efficiency and reduce delays or costs.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of drivers as needed.

Facilities \& Working Unit Management

• Oversee the organisation and smooth running of the working unit (warehouse/kitchen support space).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-structured environment in line with health \& safety standards.
• Manage storage systems for equipment, packaging, and event materials to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries to the unit.
• Identify and implement improvements to operational processes and workspace efficiency.

Operational Logistics \& Event Support

• Plan and coordinate logistics for all events, including transport, equipment, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure all equipment and materials are prepared, packed, and ready for dispatch.
• Work closely with the events team to align logistics with event timelines and client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical issues in real-time.
• Support on-site event logistics when required, including set-up coordination.

Stock \& Packaging Management (Kitchen Collaboration)

• Work closely with the kitchen team to manage packaging stock levels, ensuring availability for all events and deliveries.
• Monitor usage and forecast future stock requirements based on event pipeline.
• Place orders and manage supplier relationships for packaging and logistics materials.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure sustainable practices are maintained in line with Arch’s values.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, operations, facilities coordination, or a similar role (hospitality/events experience highly desirable).
• Experience managing drivers, deliveries, or fleet operations is a strong advantage.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Basic understanding of stock management and operational planning.
