What this job involves

Soft services management included: Receptionist desk management i.e. visitor service、Administration management i.e. TV display management… 、Pantry and catering activity management 、Consumptions management and so on.

Hard services management included coffee machine, office reactive maintenance and so on.

Actively working towards making sure financial processes are always being followed and vendor procurement comply with agreed client procurement guideline

Proactively engage to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met

Matters assigned by the supervisor

Onsite and Across Site support

Problem-solving and decision-making

Desired experience and technical skills

Using software related to your job

Word processing

Good of both oral and written in English.

POSITION GOALS:

Achievement of the Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Major Responsibilities

– Maintain the site in neat and good working condition at all time; including: maintenance, security guard services, cleaning services, landscaping, disinfection and so on.

– Ensure the site security services with client policy/guideline and good working condition at all time

– Ensure all JLL regional works are completed on time to a high standard

– Ensure all maintenance work orders are completed on time to a high standard

– Proactively engage to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met

– Ensure that vendor procurement comply with agreed client procurement guideline

– Matters assigned by the supervisor

– Onsite support

– Across Site support and Good Team support

– Good oral and written communications

– Problem-solving and decision-making

– Responsible for event support

– Provide assistance to the Team as required

– To act as a back-up to Team in case of emergency / requirement

Others

– Documentation preparation such as daily reports, Weekly Report and Monthly Management Report

– Participate in emergency evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity

– Other potential ad-hoc work assigned by line manager or client
