facade Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Façade Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will bridge the gap between architectural vision and structural reality. You will design, analyze, and oversee the execution of building exteriors—including curtain walls, glazing, and cladding systems—ensuring they are safe, energy-efficient, and structurally sound.

Key Responsibilities

• Design \& Engineering: Prepare detailed façade drawings, schematic designs, and structural/thermal calculations for various envelope systems (unitized/stick curtain walls, stone cladding, metal panels).
• Performance Analysis: Conduct thermal performance, condensation risk, and daylight studies to optimize building energy efficiency.
• Compliance \& Safety: Ensure all designs meet strict local and international standards for fire safety, wind loads, and seismic movement.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, main contractors, and material suppliers.
• Quality Assurance \& Site Oversight: Review shop drawings and contractor submittals, conduct factory inspections, and monitor on-site installation and testing. [
