Job Summary

GST International is seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor – Steel Structure to oversee fabrication activities, ensure production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and coordinate workshop operations for structural steel projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily steel structure fabrication activities in the workshop.
• Monitor fabrication processes to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with production teams, engineers, QA/QC personnel, and project management.
• Ensure fabrication schedules are achieved within project deadlines.
• Oversee cutting, fitting, welding, assembly, and finishing operations.
• Review fabrication drawings, material requirements, and production plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, welding procedures, and safety regulations.
• Manage workforce productivity and allocate manpower effectively.
• Coordinate inspections and address fabrication-related issues promptly.
• Prepare daily progress reports and production updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural steel fabrication supervision.
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, welding practices, and workshop operations.
• Ability to read and interpret structural steel fabrication drawings.
• Familiarity with QA/QC requirements and fabrication standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is preferred.
