About the role

A new store means new opportunities to lead, grow and make your mark from day one.

As we prepare for our new Karratha Warehouse that is opening in 2027, we're inviting expressions of interest from experienced leaders for Department Manager, Assistant Site Manager and Site Manager opportunities.

This is a unique chance to help shape a brand-new team, build a strong store culture and create an outstanding experience for our customers and team members. Whether you're an established retail leader or looking to take the next step in your leadership journey, you'll have the opportunity to influence how our new store comes to life.

The scope of responsibility will vary depending on the leadership level, with opportunities available across department, store and site-wide leadership.

What you'll need

  • Proven leadership experience in retail, customer-facing or operational environments.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
  • A strong focus on customer service and creating positive team experiences.
  • Ability to drive performance, manage priorities and make sound decisions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A commitment to safety, inclusivity and continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing operational, commercial or people-related outcomes is highly regarded.
  • Flexibility to support the needs of a dynamic retail environment.
