Qualifications \& Experience: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject is required. (e.g., M.Sc./B.Sc., M.Tech/B.Tech). A B.Ed. or other teaching certification is highly preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of proven teaching experience in a reputed institution. Demonstrable experience and success in coaching students specifically for NEET and/or JEE is essential. Thorough knowledge of the CBSE and IGCSE curriculum and examination standards. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
