Duties

• Provide a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, fades, braid
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in accordance with health regulations
• Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments
• Foster excellent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative services

Experience

• Proven experience as a professional hairstylist with a strong portfolio of work
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain clients
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment
• Ability to upsell retail products effectively and contribute to retail sales goals
• Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
• Experience managing front desk operations is preferred but not required

Pay: $18.00-$47.59 per hour
