Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated CNA Instructor to deliver and lead training programs in Nursing Assistant, Caregiving, and Childcare (Nanny) courses. The role focuses on equipping students with practical skills, professional competence, and industry readiness for careers in healthcare support and childcare services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare education, with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing future professionals through both theoretical instruction and hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured and engaging training sessions for CNA, Caregiver, and Childcare programs
Provide practical training in elderly care, childcare support, personal hygiene, patient safety, and daily living assistance
Conduct demonstrations and supervise hands-on skills training
Evaluate student performance through written assessments and practical examinations
Guide and mentor students to build confidence and workplace readiness
Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and progress reports
Ensure all training is delivered in compliance with professional standards and safety guidelines
Requirements
Proven experience as a CNA Instructor, healthcare trainer, or in caregiving/childcare education
Relevant healthcare qualification (Nursing, CNA, or related field preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage both classroom and practical training environments effectively
Passion for teaching and developing students
