Experienced Landscaper – High-End Garden Design & Build, Full Time

Green Acorn Landscape Design isn’t a volume landscaping outfit. We build high-end, bespoke gardens: the kind of work that’s landed us projects for Premier League footballers, professional boxers and other high-profile clients who expect nothing less than exceptional.

Led by Greg, whose design work sets the standard for craftsmanship and creativity in the industry, we’re a three-time BALI award winner (2020, 2021 and 2023). We take on a select number of projects at a time. Not the most jobs, but the best ones. The Role

We’re growing our team and looking for a skilled landscaper who shares our standards. You’ll be working on premium, design-led builds, not repetitive, cookie-cutter installs, alongside a team that genuinely cares about quality.

What you’ll be doing

• Building bespoke, high-specification gardens to the highest standard: porcelain and natural stone paving, patios, decking, fencing, outdoor lighting, planting and resin or block paving driveways
• Working from detailed designs and project packs, and setting out accurately
• Working closely with our Project Manager David and the team on premium residential projects
• Bringing precision, care and craftsmanship to every stage of a build
• Representing Green Acorn professionally in front of high-profile clients
• Helping maintain our reputation for exceptional, standout work

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in hard landscaping and garden construction (minimum 5 years)
• A genuine eye for detail and pride in high-quality finished work
• Confidence reading drawings and working to a spec
• The ability to work well within a small, close-knit team
• Reliability and a strong work ethic. We invest in people who invest back
• Full, clean UK driving licence

Pay

• £14–£18 per hour, depending on skills and experience
• We’re looking for the best in the trade, and we pay accordingly. The more you bring, the more you earn
