Experienced Joiner / Cabinet Maker

Woodale Designs is looking for an experienced Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join our team.

This role is suited to a highly skilled tradesperson with a strong background in bespoke cabinetry, solid wood joinery and high-end furniture manufacture.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of producing joinery and cabinetry to a very high standard.

The role will involve:

• Manufacturing high-end bespoke kitchens, wardrobes and specialist joinery
• Working with solid timber, veneered panels, MDF and other premium materials
• Producing solid wood components, frames, doors and detailed joinery
• Reading and working accurately from CAD and production drawings
• Bench joining, machining, assembly and finishing preparation
• Producing one-off and bespoke pieces rather than repetitive flat-pack cabinetry
• Maintaining a consistently high standard of workmanship

The successful candidate must have:

• Minimum 5 years’ professional joinery/cabinet-making experience
• Proven experience working with solid wood
• Strong cabinet-making and bench-joinery skills
• Experience producing high-quality bespoke furniture or architectural joinery
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently from drawings
• Good knowledge of woodworking machinery and traditional joinery techniques
• A strong understanding of accuracy, tolerances and finishing standards
• Pride in their work and the ability to produce work to a premium standard

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced craftsperson who can demonstrate the quality of their previous work.

Full-time, permanent position.

Pay: €45,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
