Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced carpenter who can confidently work across all aspects of residential construction, from structural framing through to high-quality finishes.

You must be able to:

• Read and interpret plans
• Work independently without constant supervision
• Identify issues before they become problems
• Deliver high-quality workmanship
• Take ownership of your work on site
• Work with other trades

This role suits someone who wants long-term growth within a strong, quality-focused company.

Key Responsibilities

• Structural framing and general carpentry
• Fixing carpentry and detailed finishes
• Set-out and interpretation of construction drawings
• Defect identification and problem solving onsite
• Coordination with site supervisors and trades
• Maintaining quality standards and site presentation
• Working efficiently and safely across high-end residential projects

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified carpenter with strong onsite experience
• Can confidently read plans and understand construction sequencing
• Strong knowledge of residential construction from start to finish
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Experience with high-end renovations and architecturally detailed projects preferred
• Driver’s licence and own transport
• Own tools
