Position: Barista

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and other café drinks according to SOP.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment.
- Perform basic latte art and milk steaming.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Take customer orders, handle POS/cashier duties, and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and café area.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor coffee beans, milk, and other beverage supplies.
- Follow coffee recipes, quality standards, and workplace SOPs.
- Assist with basic stock checking and inventory.
- Support daily café operations and other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but training can be provided.
- Basic knowledge of espresso preparation and milk steaming.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Passionate about coffee and café service.
