Responsibilities:

• Install trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, doors, and other finish carpentry elements
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in customers’ homes
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines
• Run point on a small crew when assigned to larger-scale projects
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site with minimal supervision
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting project deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of finish carpentry experience
• Must be fully equipped with tools to perform daily tasks
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and finish standards
• Ability to lead and mentor other field technicians when needed
• Experience in restoration and general contracting environments
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
