Job Description
- Managing brand stores on eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
- Plan and execute online campaigns \& promotion to drive traffic and sales
- Monitoring and analysing sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
- Optimize product visibility, keywords, and marketplace ranking
- Conduct research and stay up to date with TikTok trends, popular content formats, and influencer collaborations to identify new opportunities for sales and brand promotion
- Identify and evaluate suitable KOLs based on brand alignment, audience relevance, engagement rate, and authenticity.
- Manage the full KOL collaboration journey from product sampling and script guidance to scheduling and content delivery.
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and achieving high ROI.
Requirement
- Minimum qualification is Diploma and above, and have basic knowledge in short videos and live streaming on Tiktok.
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in marketing, sales, marketplace platform
- Good discipline and able to working in flexi hours/ shift
- Knowledge and mastery in Microsoft excel, PowerPoint
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
