• Conduct thorough surveillance of event areas using CCTV systems to monitor activity and identify potential issues.
• Manage access control by verifying credentials and inspecting tickets or passes for all attendees, staff, and vendors.
• Perform loss prevention duties by observing for suspicious behavior and preventing theft or vandalism.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents, providing first aid when necessary and coordinating with emergency responders.
• Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and visitor movements throughout the event.
• Conduct regular patrols of the venue to ensure all areas are secure and compliant with safety protocols.
• Enforce event policies and communicate clearly with attendees to promote a safe, enjoyable environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or security roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is highly desirable.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Valid first aid certification or willingness to obtain one prior to employment.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail in monitoring large crowds and complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with diverse audiences and team members.
