Analistas Padel NZ Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Manager to join our team. We specialize in consulting within the sports industry, with a specific focus on the exciting and rapidly growing sport of padel. Our mission is to enhance the offerings of clubs and organizations while promoting the sport across New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute padel tournaments and events, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, marketing, and sponsorship.
- Manage event budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses to ensure financial success.
- Develop promotional strategies to attract participants and spectators, using social media and other platforms.
- Oversee event setup, operation, and breakdown, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in the sports industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in event management software and social media platforms.
Pay: $30.01 – $50.15 per hour
