Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Trend Research \& Social-First Brand Activation

  • Monitor global and local fast-fashion, lifestyle, and K-aesthetic trends to continuously 'trend-jack' pop-culture moments for @mumuso_me.
  • Translate online social media viral trends (TikTok/Instagram) into physical, immersive in-store activations that drive foot traffic and user-generated content (UGC).
  • Curate themes aligned with key retail calendar milestones (Back to School, Ramadan, Eid, Valentine's Day).

2. Product Launch Staging \& Creative Concept Drafting

  • Draft end-to-end event proposals, thematic frameworks, and visual merchandising briefs for high-profile product launches (e.g., Jana Ward, Grove Store openings).
  • Design interactive experiential zones inside stores, including photo-booth activations, custom point-of-purchase (POP) installations, and youth-centric spaces (e.g., kids' play zones).

3. Commercial Analysis \& Performance ROI

  • Conduct deep-dive commercial analysis on all marketing activations, looking past 'vanity metrics' to evaluate actual sales lift, Average Transaction Value (ATV) growth, and basket-size expansion.
  • Manage project budgets dynamically, ensuring strict cost-containment during market fluctuations and maximizing the use of reusable company assets (furniture, staging props).
  • Deliver post-event performance presentations to senior leadership and the brand owner.

4. B2B Marketing \& Strategic Mall Collaborations

  • Research and identify lucrative brand-to-brand (B2B) partnership opportunities to amplify campaign reach.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and collaborate directly with Tier-A Mall Management teams (e.g., Circle Mall, Majid Al Futtaim, Emaar) to secure premium atrium spaces, pop-up kiosks, and shared marketing support.
  • Draft comprehensive event proposals tailored to corporate landlords to secure prime event spaces at optimized operational rates.

5. AI Workflow Automation \& Digital Efficiency

  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive marketing operational tasks (e.g., automating event registration pipelines, localized store brief distributions, and digital asset tracking).
  • Utilize Generative AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, copywriting agents) to rapidly prototype mood boards, event mockups, spatial designs, and multi-channel campaign copy.
  • Deploy automated sentiment-tracking and data scraping to assess post-activation customer feedback across social channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related creative discipline.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Event Management or Brand Activation
  • Strong capability in building visually compelling presentation decks (Keynote/PowerPoint/Canva) that match the clean, lifestyle-oriented MUMUSO brand guidelines.
  • Arabic speaking is a major plus
  • Cross-functional Orchestration
