Esthetics Educator

- Must be able to work Mon - Thursday evening and Saturdays.

- Develop and implement lesson plans for esthetics students, covering a wide range of topics in the esthetics industry.
- Provide hands-on instruction and demonstrations to students in a classroom and floor setting.
- Teach and educate students on the latest trends and techniques in the esthetics industry.
- Supervise and evaluate student performance during practical application of skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.

Requirements
- Valid esthetics and instructor license.
- Prior experience in adult education or teaching is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively plan and organize lessons for diverse groups of students.
- Patience and ability to work with students of varying skill levels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
