Clear Complexions Co. is looking for 3 passionate estheticians to join our upcoming CCC Esthetics Training Intensive, a two-week, hands-on training experience designed for estheticians who want to grow their skills, learn in a collaborative environment, and potentially build a long-term career with our team.

Rather than hiring based solely on an interview, we believe the best way to determine whether we're the right fit for one another is to learn and work together.

Throughout the two-week intensive, you'll train directly with CCC's Owner and Manager, learning our approach to clinical aesthetics, luxury guest care, consultations, treatment protocols and team-based service.

Following completion of the intensive, participants may be considered for part-time or full-time employment opportunities with Clear Complexions Co.

What You'll Experience

During the intensive, you'll receive hands-on training and mentorship in areas including:

• CCC facial protocols and treatment standards
• Skin consultations and treatment planning
• Clinical modalities and advanced treatments
• Sales training
• Guest communication and luxury hospitality
• Treatment-room preparation and flow
• Client education and home-care recommendations
• Clinic operations and team collaboration
• Hands-on practice, demonstrations and model treatments for our CCC facials and massage
• Individual coaching and feedback throughout the program

Our goal isn't to find someone who already knows everything.

We're looking for people who are curious, coachable, engaged and genuinely excited to become exceptional at what they do.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

• Are a certified esthetician with 1+ year of professional experience (mandatory)
• Have strong foundational facial and skincare knowledge
• Genuinely enjoy learning and improving your craft
• Take feedback well and apply it
• Are proactive and comfortable taking initiative
• Enjoy working collaboratively rather than independently all day
• Care deeply about the guest experience
• Are warm, professional and detail-oriented
• Want to build a career in clinical aesthetics
• Are interested in a potential long-term part-time or full-time position
• Value being part of a supportive, high-performing team

Experience with advanced modalities is an asset, but not required. We are happy to train the right person.

What We Value

At Clear Complexions Co., technical ability matters but so does how you learn, how you treat your guests and how you show up for your team.

We're not expecting perfection during this intensive.

We're looking for potential, progress and alignment.

You'll receive feedback throughout the program, and we'll be paying attention not only to your technical development, but also your initiative, communication, coachability, professionalism, teamwork and approach to guest care.

Compensation: Paid training
Potential Opportunities: Part-Time and/or Full-Time Esthetician positions

Participation in the CCC Esthetics Training Intensive does not guarantee an employment offer following completion. Employment opportunities will be based on overall assessment, business needs and mutual fit.
