Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective tenants and landlords to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions
• Conduct property viewings, showcasing features and answering questions confidently to secure lettings agreements
• Negotiate lease terms, rental prices, and contract conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements
• Manage administrative tasks such as preparing tenancy agreements, updating property listings, and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and service providers to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for viewings or new tenants
• Support marketing efforts by promoting available properties through various channels to attract potential tenants
• Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the leasing process, providing updates and resolving queries promptly

Skills

• Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills to handle multiple listings and client interactions efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base and facilitate smooth negotiations
