ERP Project Manager – Deltek Vantagepoint

Rhodium Digital

Rhodium Digital is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager with strong enterprise delivery capabilities and deep familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint. This role sits at the centre of some of our largest and most strategic transformation initiatives across North America and the United Kingdom.

We are looking for a structured, mature, and highly collaborative project leader who understands how to guide complex ERP programs with clarity, accountability, and professionalism. The ideal candidate combines strong ERP domain expertise with disciplined project governance, executive communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments.

Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, or similar project management methodologies is highly valued. A strong understanding of organizational change management principles is also important, though this role is focused on project leadership and coordination rather than direct OCM delivery.

Role Summary

The ERP Project Manager will lead multi-workstream Deltek Vantagepoint implementations and transformation initiatives involving Finance, CRM, HRIS, Resource Planning, Project Accounting, Operations, reporting, integrations, and enterprise process alignment.

This role is responsible for governance, planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, scope management, delivery oversight, and successful client outcomes across enterprise-scale consulting engagements.

Projects are delivered using Rhodium Digital’s PLATINUM methodology, a structured governance and delivery framework designed to create clarity, accountability, predictability, and measurable project success.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Governance and Delivery

  • Lead full lifecycle Deltek Vantagepoint projects including assessment, planning, design, configuration, testing, training readiness, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Apply Rhodium Digital’s PLATINUM methodology to structure project execution and maintain disciplined delivery practices.
  • Develop and manage project plans, governance structures, RAID logs, RACI matrices, change management tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Drive scope clarity, escalation management, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination across enterprise-scale client environments.
  • Maintain strong delivery governance, accountability structures, and project predictability throughout all phases of engagement.

Stakeholder and Client Leadership

  • Facilitate steering committees, governance sessions, executive discussions, workshops, and project coordination meetings.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, recommendations, and critical decisions clearly at both executive and operational levels.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams, supporting informed decision-making and long-term operational alignment.
  • Build strong working relationships across client stakeholders, consultants, technical teams, and leadership groups.

Organizational Change Management Coordination

  • Identify organizational readiness risks, adoption concerns, and change impacts from a project delivery perspective.
  • Coordinate closely with internal client stakeholders and external OCM providers to ensure change activities remain aligned to project timelines and delivery requirements.
  • Provide guidance regarding business process impacts, operational transitions, training implications, and implementation readiness considerations.
  • Ensure change-related dependencies and organizational impacts are appropriately reflected within governance and project planning activities.

Note: This role does not directly deliver OCM services. The focus is on coordination, alignment, governance, and delivery integration.

Execution and Quality Assurance

  • Coordinate functional consultants, technical resources, developers, integration specialists, and reporting teams.
  • Ensure solution delivery aligns with client requirements, industry best practices, and professional services operational standards.
  • Oversee testing cycles, UAT planning, defect management, cutover preparation, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Support deployment planning, stabilization activities, and post-go-live transition support.

Practice Development and Leadership

  • Contribute to the continued evolution of Rhodium Digital’s delivery frameworks, governance standards, and consulting playbooks.
  • Support internal mentoring, consulting development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to enterprise delivery, operational maturity, and consulting excellence.
  • Assist in strengthening project management standards and delivery consistency across the organization.

QualificationsRequired

  • Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, scheduling, risk management, scope control, and structured delivery methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating with organizational change management teams and identifying change readiness considerations.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, leadership, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead complex multi-workstream enterprise initiatives with professionalism and accountability.

Preferred

  • PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience working within professional services, engineering, environmental consulting, architecture, or project-based organizations.
  • Familiarity with adjacent business platforms and integrations including Workato, UKG, Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, CRM systems, and enterprise reporting environments.
  • Previous consulting experience within enterprise software or digital transformation environments.
