Job Summary

Responsible for delivering ERP and IT solutions that address business needs through effective project management, solution design, and technology implementation. Drive ERP implementation and upgrades while leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Job Description

• Manage IT projects by analyzing business requirements and identifying effective technology solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead ERP implementation and upgrade projects, including solutions such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Odoo.
• Analyze and design business processes and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to enhance and transform business processes.
• Develop and implement IT applications aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Oversee application operations to ensure system reliability and effective business support.
• Design appropriate application solution architecture with consideration for network, security, integration, and business requirements.
• Manage project resources, priorities, timelines, risks, and constraints to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead change management activities related to the implementation and adoption of new IT solutions.
• Collaborate with business users and relevant stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve problems, and drive successful technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30).
• 3–6 years of experience in ERP implementation, IT consulting, application development, business analysis, or related fields.
• Hands-on knowledge or experience in ERP implementation, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo.
• Good knowledge of Project Management, Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, and SQL.
• Knowledge or practical experience in applying AI and emerging technologies to improve business processes is an advantage.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills with a customer-centric and growth mindset.
• Adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn and work effectively with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
• Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).
