Cooper International Horse Transport \& Shipping is a leading specialist in the international movement of horses by land, sea, and air, delivering trusted and high-quality transport solutions to clients worldwide.

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Equine Logistics Coordinator to join our team in a full-time office-based role at our headquarters in Kilsallaghan, County Dublin.

This is a key administrative position within the business, supporting the seamless coordination of international equine transport.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee international horse shipments from origin to destination
• Manage all import and export documentation in line with regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with international transport and equine welfare standards
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Liaise with clients, agents, and transport partners worldwide
• Assist in scheduling and operational planning

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Strong administrative and clerical experience
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills and a professional manner
• An interest in logistics, transport, or the equine industry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with occasional weekend and out-of-hours work as required
