Job Description: Environmental Engineering Graduate (Tamheer Program)
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Environmental Engineering Graduate to join our team in the Eastern Province through the Tamheer (On-the-Job Training) program. This role is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on experience in a professional engineering environment, working on real-world projects under the mentorship of industry experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Design \& Assessment: Assist in the design, development, and evaluation of environmental systems and processes (such as water treatment, waste management, and air quality control).
- Technical Documentation: Support the preparation of environmental impact assessments (EIA), technical reports, material take-offs, and engineering specifications.
- Fieldwork \& Compliance: Participate in site inspections, environmental monitoring, data collection, and quality control processes to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, sustainably, and on schedule.
- Data Analysis: Utilize engineering and environmental software to analyze data and provide technical solutions for environmental and sustainability challenges.
Eligibility Criteria (Tamheer Requirements):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering (or a closely related engineering discipline).
- Nationality: Must be a Saudi National.
- Experience: Must be a fresh graduate with no prior registered work experience.
- Social Insurance: Must not have been registered in GOSI or Civil Service systems for the past 6 months.
- Location: Must be a resident of the Eastern Province.
- Employment Status: Must not be currently employed.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of environmental engineering principles, chemistry, and sustainability standards.
- Basic proficiency in engineering or mapping software (e.g., AutoCAD, ArcGIS, or environmental modeling tools).
- Good command of the English language (both written and verbal).
