Entry-Level Laboratory Technician

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are hiring an Entry-Level Laboratory Technician to join our sterile production team. This is a hands-on role in a controlled lab environment where you will help prepare research products.

No prior compounding experience is required — we will train the right candidate. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and work well as part of a team.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with sterile preparation of research products
• Fill, cap, and crimp vials
• Follow step-by-step procedures (SOPs) and batch records
• Maintain cleanroom standards and proper aseptic technique
• Clean and prepare equipment and workspaces
• Work closely with team members to keep production running smoothly

No Experience? That’s Okay.

We will train you on:

• Sterile technique and cleanroom procedures
• Laboratory workflows and documentation

Preferred (Not Required)

• Any lab, manufacturing, or production experience
• Background in biology, chemistry, or healthcare
• Experience working in a team-based environment

Work Environment

• Cleanroom / controlled laboratory setting
• PPE required (gowning, gloves, etc.)
• Standing for extended periods
• Repetitive, process-driven tasks requiring focus and consistency

Compensation \& Growth

• $22-$26/hr
