We're expanding our retail promotions teams and looking for outgoing, enthusiastic people to join us at our busy retail concessions across Northampton, Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.

We have opportunities for both full-time and part-time staff, so whether you're looking for a regular full working week or just a few days to fit around other commitments, we'd like to hear from you.

This isn't an office marketing job and you don't need a marketing degree, diploma or qualifications.

We're looking for personalities, not paperwork!

If you're friendly, confident, reliable and happy approaching and chatting with people, we'll teach you everything else.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work from our professionally branded promotional stands inside busy retail stores, shopping centres and garden centres, talking face-to-face with members of the public about our range of energy-saving home improvement products.

You'll create interest, provide basic information and arrange appointments for homeowners who would like to know more.

No cold calling. No door knocking.

Just good old-fashioned face-to-face conversation in a busy retail environment.

If you're already working in retail promotions, exhibitions, events, shopping centres, garden centres, field marketing or face-to-face customer acquisition, our expansion could be a great opportunity.

We're currently looking for experienced people to become Team Managers, helping us open, manage and develop new retail concession teams as we continue our growth across the UK.

Team Managers – £35,000–£60,000 OTE

If you can motivate people, lead from the front and know how to get the best from a promotional team, we'd like to talk to you.
