Salary: AUD 129,311- 142,018 Annual Gross.

Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills \& Qualifications:* 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation Architecture, DevOps transformation, and enterprise testing governance. * Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale automation frameworks across UI, API, database, cloud, mobile, and integration testing. * Strong hands-on expertise in automation tools and technologies such as Playwright, REST Assured, Postman, Karate, ReadyAPI, SOAP UI, and BDD frameworks. * Strong programming and scripting experience using Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or similar technologies. * Experience in data testing, including SQL/NoSQL validation, ETL testing, backend data verification, data reconciliation, and database automation. * Hands-on experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Bitbucket Pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes. * Experience implementing AI-powered Quality Engineering solutions, including GenAI-assisted testing, self-healing automation, test generation, impact analysis, and predictive quality analytics. * Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, engineering metrics, quality dashboards, ROI tracking, and automation coverage measurement. * Experience leading large-scale transformation programs, Automation COE/TCOE initiatives, architecture governance, and enterprise tool standardisation. * Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, executive presentation, and team mentoring skills..
