About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise System Architect \& Digital Transformation Consultant to lead the design, modernization, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital solutions for government and large enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise architecture, Microsoft technologies, AI integration, cloud platforms, DevOps, and digital transformation, with the ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and high-availability enterprise architectures.
- Lead digital transformation and application modernization initiatives.
- Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
- Design microservices-based, API-first, and cloud-native solutions.
- Conduct business analysis and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead software engineering teams and establish development best practices.
- Design enterprise APIs, integration platforms, and Identity \& Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Implement DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise observability frameworks.
- Architect AI-powered solutions, including LLM integrations, RAG architectures, semantic search, and intelligent automation.
- Ensure compliance with government security standards and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Mentor technical teams and conduct architecture and code reviews.
Required Skills \& Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering, and Digital Transformation.
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET Framework, Web API, Entity Framework, Dapper, SQL Server, and Azure Services.
- Experience with Microservices, Docker, Azure DevOps, YAML Pipelines, Kafka, Grafana, Windows Server, and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of TOGAF, enterprise architecture principles, distributed systems, and secure application design.
- Hands-on experience with Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, Microsoft Bot Framework, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, AI Search, and Machine Learning.
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms with Microsoft Exchange, API Gateways, Middleware, and Government Integration Frameworks.
- Experience with Playwright, automated UI testing, and enterprise application quality assurance.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
