The Role
We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager, Retail Media – Europe to drive the commercial expansion of our Retail Media business across key European markets. Reporting directly to our CRO, this is a high-impact role focused on acquiring strategic retail partners, building a strong enterprise pipeline, and closing lighthouse deals that accelerate our growth across Europe.
You'll sit at the intersection of Retail Media, DOOH, AdTech, and digital transformation in physical retail, working closely with retailers, agencies, consultancies, and technology partners across the region.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive the enterprise retail media sales pipeline across priority European markets, large physical retailers, shopping centers, grocery chains, and retail groups.
- Identify, prospect, and engage senior decision-makers across Retail Media, Marketing, Digital, and Commercial teams.
- Build and execute strategic account plans for priority targets, in close collaboration with our CRO.
- Develop relationships with retail media consultancies, system integrators, agencies, and in-store technology partners to generate and accelerate opportunities.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through proposal, pilot design, negotiation, and contract signature.
- Lead C-level conversations and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- Structure and negotiate SOWs, partnership agreements, and commercial frameworks.
- Educate retailers, agencies, and brands on Retail Media, audience measurement, and monetization.
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and provide regular pipeline forecasting to leadership.
- Represent AiOO at key European Retail Media, AdTech, and DOOH industry events.
About You
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience within Retail Media, AdTech, DOOH, Digital Media, Martech, or a related industry.
- A proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of Retail Media business models, media monetization, audience measurement, and programmatic advertising.
- Existing relationships with major retailers, retail media networks, media owners, agencies, or consultancies are a strong plus.
- A consultative sales approach, you can translate technical solutions into clear business value.
- A strong business development mindset, with demonstrated success opening new markets from scratch.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in an international, fast-evolving business environment.
- Based in Europe, with willingness to travel frequently across priority markets.
- Fluent English; a second European language (French, Spanish, German, etc.) is a strong advantage.
