ADP is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth across Germany for our market-leading Workforce Management Software solutions.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive, Senior Account Executive, Strategic Account Manager, Enterprise Sales Manager, or SaaS Sales Professional looking to join one of the world's leading providers of Human Capital Management (HCM), HR Technology, Payroll, and Workforce Management Software.

You will help large enterprises modernize workforce operations with solutions covering:

• Compliance and Labour Regulation Management

Working with senior executives and key decision-makers, you will lead strategic sales engagements and help some of Germany's largest organisations transform their workforce operations through technology.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing enterprise-level opportunities across Germany.

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and business development through negotiation and contract signature, while partnering closely with ADP's Solutions Consultants, Product Specialists, Marketing, Customer Success and Implementation teams.

This is a consultative sales role focused on delivering measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers while driving significant revenue growth for ADP.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

• Build and execute a strategic territory plan focused on enterprise and upper mid-market organisations across Germany.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and partner channels.
• Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Develop account penetration strategies for strategic target accounts.

Enterprise SaaS Sales

• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract closure.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand workforce management, operational and HR challenges.
• Position ADP Workforce Management Software as a strategic solution to business objectives.
• Develop compelling value propositions and commercial business cases.

Executive Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted relationships with CHROs, CFOs, COOs, HR Directors, HRIS Leaders, Operations Directors and other senior decision-makers.
• Conduct executive presentations and strategic workshops.
• Influence multiple stakeholders throughout the buying process.
• Build consensus among business, IT, HR and procurement teams.

Solution Selling \& Value Creation

• Demonstrate how ADP Workforce Management solutions improve:

  • Productivity
  • Workforce efficiency
  • Labour cost control
  • Compliance management
  • Employee experience
  • Workforce visibility and analytics
  • Coordinate demonstrations, proof-of-concepts and executive solution reviews.

Sales Excellence

• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting.
• Manage opportunities through Salesforce CRM.
• Deliver reliable sales forecasts and territory reporting.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Market Intelligence

• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitive solutions.
• Understand developments within the Workforce Management, HR Technology and HCM software markets.
• Effectively position ADP against competitors including SAP, Workday, UKG, Oracle, Dayforce and other workforce management providers.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales, SaaS Sales or Technology Solution Sales.
• Proven success selling complex software or business solutions into large enterprise organisations.
• Experience achieving and exceeding enterprise sales quotas.
• Demonstrated success winning net-new business opportunities.
• Experience managing long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation, commercial and closing capabilities.
• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Fluent German and English.
