Bene Aged Care is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team at the Campbelltown Residential Facility on a part-time basis.

About Your Role

In this role, you will report to the Registered Nurse and contribute to high-quality, person-centred care by:

• Delivering clinical care tailored to individual resident needs
• Supporting and mentoring Personal Care Workers (PCWs)
• Administering medications and monitoring residents' health
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Ensuring compliance with AHPRA and aged care standards

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
• Strong clinical knowledge of aged-related health issues
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to respectful, person-centred care
• Current National Police Check, First Aid, and Manual Handling certificates

Desirable:

• Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
