English Teacher

Job Description:
SDM Language School is seeking a qualified and motivated English Language Instructor to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons to students of various proficiency levels, supporting their language development, and contributing to a dynamic learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the curriculum
• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback
• Prepare instructional materials and adapt teaching methods to student needs
• Conduct placement tests and evaluations when required
• Maintain accurate student records and attendance
• Participate in academic meetings and professional development activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching, Linguistics, or a related field
• Recognized teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to work with both adults and young learners
• Professional, punctual, and team-oriented
