Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Al zahra, Kuwait for a Preschool Teacher at Under Four Preschool Academy. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing the curriculum, managing classroom behavior, tracking progress, and ensuring the children's safety and well-being. The teacher will be working with two teacher assistants. We are currently interviewing for the new academic year, the start date is August, 2026.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent certification in teaching.

Has a minimum of one year experience in a preschool environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff and communicate with parents

Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with young children, showing enthusiasm for creating engaging learning experiences and fostering their development.

Possess patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the children's well-being.

Fluent in English in order to teach the curriculum.

Pay: From KD300.000 per month
