We operate English conversation schools in Roppongi, Azabujuban, and Shibuya.

We are currently looking for someone to join our English conversation school as a Class Support Staff Member. This position primarily involves supporting our students and instructors and is not a teaching position.

求めている人材

We are looking for someone who:

・Has intermediate-level English or above

・No Japanese language skills are required

・Enjoys working with people and has excellent communication skills

・Is friendly, approachable, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere for students

・Can manage classes smoothly and support both students and instructors

・Is organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently

・Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team

・Has an interest in English education and creating a great learning experience for students

・Has a valid visa that allows them to work in Japan

Previous experience in education, customer service, or class management is a plus, but not required.

Employment Type: Part-time

Contract Period: 6 months (fixed-term contract)

Note: This is a fixed-term position for 6 months. Contract renewal may be considered based on performance and the needs of the school.

基本給：時給 1500円

Transportation expenses covered separately (up to ¥1,000 per day).
