Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Engineer Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex engineering projects across various disciplines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive project success from inception through completion, ensuring technical excellence, adherence to schedules, and budget management. Duties
- Develop comprehensive project schedules utilizing tools such as Project management software and Project scheduling techniques to ensure timely delivery of all project phases.
- Coordinate with design teams to produce accurate schematics, CAD drawings (AutoCAD), and system designs aligned with project specifications.
- Manufacturing facility design and process flow.
- Oversee construction management activities including construction inspection, site supervision, and quality assurance to maintain compliance with safety standards and technical requirements.
- Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems), ArcGIS, and Land surveying data to support site analysis, land development planning, and infrastructure layout.
- Prepare detailed construction estimating using industry-standard tools like Mathcad and Schematics to accurately forecast costs and resource needs.
- Manage project documentation including technical writing, drafting updates, and progress reports to ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams involving civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, hydraulics, wastewater treatment, water treatment systems, and system design projects.
- Conduct system analysis using HEC (Hydrologic Engineering Centers models), SWMM (Storm Water Management Model), and Hydraulics software for infrastructure resilience assessments.
- Collaborate with construction teams on pipeline installation projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety protocols.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale engineering projects within civil engineering, structural engineering, construction management or related fields.
- Strong background in project scheduling software and tools such as MS Project.
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation for drafting and system schematics creation.
- Hands-on experience with GIS platforms like ArcGIS or similar GIS tools for spatial analysis and land surveying data integration.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes using industry-standard techniques and software like Mathcad or Schematics.
- Familiarity with construction inspection procedures ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system designs across disciplines including facility engineering, mechanical engineering and water/wastewater systems.
- Strong organizational skills complemented by excellent technical writing capabilities for reports and documentation.
- Experience working with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools such as HEC-HMS or SWMM is highly desirable.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
