About the roleAs a Senior Engagement Manager, you will guide the bid development process from qualification through submission, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure financial viability of proposals, and lead initiatives that enhance organizational capabilities, all while contributing to strategic client success and continuous operational improvement.

• Orchestrate bid qualification processes by providing consultative insights and contributing to pre-qualification packages.
• Contribute actively to deal strategy formulation, ensuring comprehensive documentation and effective team communication.
• Define and implement bid team structures, secure required resources and manage team dynamics to optimize performance.
• Initiate and sustain key bid deliverables, including dashboards, project plans, and staffing plans, ensuring timely and quality submissions.
• Oversee the entire bid response cycle, assuring quality from initial submission to best and final offer (BAFO).
• Maintain deep familiarity with internal tools and processes to enhance proposal compliance and quality continuously.
• Promote best practices through effective knowledge management and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide financial oversight of bid proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational financial standards and proposal viability.
• Support internal projects potentially as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
• Lead capability-building initiatives to foster knowledge sharing and continuous process advancements within the organization.
• Serve as Scrum Master on select internal projects, facilitating agile workflows and enhancing team collaboration.
• Lead initiatives designed to improve internal bid processes and strengthen the organization's bidding capabilities.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through knowledge management and adoption of innovative practices.
• Support internal training and development activities that aim to elevate team competencies and performance.

About youYou possess proven expertise in managing the full lifecycle of proposal processes, from initiation to submission, coupled with a solid grasp of bid process management principles that ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards. Your technical awareness allows you to align solutions with evolving client needs and market trends effectively. You are skilled in project management methodologies, supported by solid legal knowledge of contract compliance and risk assessment. With assertive decision-making and exceptional communication skills, you navigate complexity and resolve conflicts constructively while fostering client engagement and leading teams toward innovation and performance. A Master’s Degree in Business, Science, Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 5-10 years of relevant experience in telecom, IT, or related sectors and project management certifications such as PMP. Experience managing international, geographically dispersed teams is preferred.
