Electronics Engineer / PCB Design Engineer Needed for Gerber File Development

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer / PCB Design Engineer to help us design and prepare Gerber files for PCB development.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing printed circuit boards, creating schematics, selecting electronic components, and preparing complete manufacturing-ready PCB files. This role is suitable for someone who can take a concept or prototype and turn it into a professional PCB design ready for fabrication.

Responsibilities

The selected engineer will be responsible for:

• Designing PCB layouts based on our project requirements
• Creating circuit schematics
• Preparing complete Gerber files for PCB manufacturing
• Reviewing and improving existing electronic designs
• Advising on component selection
• Ensuring the PCB design is compact, reliable, and production-ready
• Coordinating with PCB manufacturers if needed
• Providing BOM, schematic files, Gerber files, and assembly files

Required Skills

The candidate should have experience with:

• PCB design and development
• Gerber file generation
• Circuit schematic design
• KiCad, Altium Designer, Eagle, EasyEDA, or similar software
• Component selection and BOM preparation
• Microcontrollers, sensors, LEDs, motors, batteries, and charging circuits
• Low-power electronics design
• Testing and troubleshooting PCB designs

Preferred Experience

Experience with wearable devices, Arduino-based circuits, Bluetooth-enabled devices, battery-powered products, or sensor-based electronics will be a strong advantage.

Project Goal

We are developing a compact electronic product and need a qualified engineer who can help convert the current design into proper PCB files for manufacturing.
